When you signup for a subscription, we collect your Email address to notify you when your subscription and when it will expire and to announce events that will occur that you might be interested in and any maintenance or changes to the site/server.

When you signup for a tournament your address is requested as a requirement for Rated Ace Tournaments by Amarillo Design Bureau. Your address is only kept for the duration of the tournament and is removed after the tournament is ended.
